  1. Forget it.. Did a search AFTER asking the questions.. Thanks guys.. Think the Baffler DWS is going to get a look.. Mike
  2. Does anyone here play 'em? As much as I would use it (not very much) would the stock shaft do OK for maybe 3 swings per round? You sure can get 'em cheap right now.. Mike
  3. Unfortunately in this game, it is a requirement sometimes.. Lemme know if you want to pair up for a round.. Mike BTW.. Check out www.otourgolf.com for next year..
  4. Another vote for regripping yourself.. The supplies are cheap and it is sooooo easy. I bet Erik even has a link handy that you can follow to a do-it-yourself site.. Mike
  5. Again.. Erik is the voice of reason!! Thanks Erik, it was getting like to 15 year old cussing out the 55 YO.. Great work..
  6. Now the question is which course??? Congrats.. Got a time at Fairfax next Thursday if you are interested.. Mike
  7. That is way tooo pretty!! Don't you feel a little guilty when you make a divot?? Mike
  8. I wish I had your problem!! 1 Stroke per round is alot for me right now. I am hitting about 90% of my shots perfect right now, but cannot get the 3 to work without changing my backswing a little. Not sure if I want to go down that road. Mike
  9. Damn impressive. I have played 12 rounds with the same 2 Zero Frictions in my pocket (that includes hitting irons off of them). When they bend, bend them back!!.
  10. www.oaktreegolfclub.com
  11. Titleist 907D1 and/or 907D2 - I will own a D2 soon!! They are great drivers. Taylormade r7 Superquad - The weight are a little gimmicky (for me) and it seems that you are a low enough handicap not to need to adjust weights to work the ball. Cleveland Hibore XL - Obnoxious sound and looks like crap at address. Taylormade r5 Tour Model - Another fine choice, but I think the Titleist wins. This is all my opinion and not meant to start a pissing match with anyone who owns above models and disagrees with me. The poster is asking for Opinions. Mike
  12. I am intrigued.. Why would you talk a feller out of a confidence club? Especially when he sound like a young cat? Not trying to be argumentative, just curious what opinion is of hybrids? Mike BTW, my 3 iron cost me at least 1 stroke per round, I am contemplating it as well..
  13. I didn't realize you all play 20 holes per round up there!! That was funny!!
  14. Tiger wins alot of respect points with me for taking time off to be with the little one. I usually don't like the guy, but this is a good thing for him to do, for his family..
  15. CG031, I see you are from Jersey.. Isn't what you said to the guy translated to "How are you sir, have a great day?" in other parts of the country? Looks like you learned a lesson. Next time, show the old guy how well you can strike the ball on the next box, that'll shut him up.
