  1. try standing closer to the ball..standing too far can cause you to come in a too inside to out swing but never closes the clubface. tell me if it works dude.
  2. anyone have tips on getting distance from ball? when i say distance i mean the distance between you and the ball when setting up.
  3. haha. i use 905s, i think im the only one who uses the S
  4. do those weights on the taylormade COMPLETELY eliminate slices and fades?
  5. Does lifting weights benefit your game or not. Cause ive been lifting weights with some friends for bout 6 months now and my chest is getting kinda big, i heard that if your chest gets too big or your arms for that matter, it can affect your swing in a bad way.
  6. So i saw this video of him on youtube saying that tiger didnt have to serve fried chicken or collered greens anymore after he won the masters...i actually liked the guy but i guess people arent who they seem nowadays. http://youtube.com/watch?v=5aWS0StFM5I
  7. welcome to the club, golf always tricks you into thinking you have "it", but then after a round of golf you realize that you still have a lot to learn. or at least thats how it seems to me.
  8. it could also be your grip, but changing grip is a big thing. as someone else said id try to keep that right elbow close to the body it feels weird at first but give it a week or two and youll hopefully be hitting it straight to a mild push or slice.
  9. I know that the shanks are caused by the ball contacting the hostel and there are numerous explanations for it. I just went to the driving range a week ago and shanked a whole bucket, something i havent done since i was 12 years old or so.....but then again i have never been going to the driving range this often (everyday). I was wondering if anyones ever experienced this and took maybe 3-4 days off of golf and their swing was working perfectly again cause this is what happened to me and im going crazy trying to explain what happened. My theory is that maybe my hands were getting tired keeping them from turning and therefore leading the hostel in to contact the ball, or maybe i was just wearing the wrong pair of socks. Im just wondering if anyones every experienced this and have any explanation on what was happening. Thx PS: theres no way it was caused by standing too close because i stood a little farther than usual and i still shanked that ball pretty badly.
  10. thx for the posts guys, ill have to see how the 3 wood works out next weekend
  11. I was wondering after shooting a 77 after losing two balls in the rough from driving, does teeing off with a 3 wood greatly improve your guys' accuracy if any improvement at all? just wondering, id really like to know your guys' opinions on this one. Thx
  12. okay im i swear. by the moon, and the stars, and the sky
  13. dude isnt that cheating...well not cheating more like pathetic..pulling out to protect your privelages, no one else does that and will only give other tour players a reason to do it in the future. Michelle wie is a disgrace to both tours and i hope shes embarassed out of her panties.
  14. 56 degree spalding wedge, as long as i hit hit the ground its going in the air. lob wedge are too easy to blade just bladed 2 llob wedge shots experimenting around the green with them. really depends on the lie, if its fluffy lob wedges are ideal.
  15. just dont hit it fat
