to me, it looks much better than your 8 iron swing

I noticed that at the top of your backswing you are not even close to being parallel to the ground. Also, it seems to me like you are coming wayyyy inside on your take away which may be "blocking" you from getting to the top on your backswing.

Now that you mention it, I have hit quite a few fat shots lately. Good advice. I'll have to give this a try. Thanks for everyone's advice.

I hit all my irons well...Kinda gets iffy with the 3 iron but I don't hit it often anyway. Slight fade with 5 wood. Little bigger fade with 3 wood. All out slice with the driver. See a pattern here? Honestly, I think I am overswinging with my woods but it doesn't feel like it.

I currently work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico on a drill ship. My official title is Dynamic Positioning Operator. Basically, I make sure the ship stays where it is suppose to while we are drilling for oil.
