Does anybody know if a thin layer of bondo would be prone to crack if applied on the crown of a driver/3 wood? I have always wondered how much the vibration/shock would affect the bondo.
I was screwing around and put a small dent in my driver crown. I would fix it but not if the bondo would fall off after a round or two.
As far as I know Coca-Cola will do nothing to a chrome wedge with regards to removing Chrome. Chrome is a plating that is applied with a electroplating process and is quite durable. Usually a couple layers of different base metals are applied before the chrome outer finish.
I may be wrong but as far as I understand it the only want to remove chrome is to take it to a chrome plater and have it de-chromed. They may even give you a couple cents for the chrome off your wedge because the stuff is actually valuable.
Good luck.
Can you provide any more information about your experience with recieving a fake scotty off of ebay? Any pics of the fake? I am curious how you found out is was fake. I don't want it to happen to me.....
Thanks!
I thought about purchasing a set of players clubs to practice with in order to improve my ball-stricking. My plan was to use my G5's during rounds and practice with the blades at the range. I figured it would be to complicated to switch back and forth all the time so I just sold my pings and bought some titleists.
It was rough at first making a change so dramatic but now that I look back I am glad I made the switch.
I have to go with Tiger. I never saw Jack play in person but I have Tiger and his swing is a work of art! Plus - it always seems to me that Tiger can win anything he *really* wants to by simply applying the correct focus and mental attention to the task.
