  1. For me too flexible causes me to loose it left..hook too stiff causes me to loose it right push/fade because there is not enough torque in the shaft and hands are too slow through impact..just my 2 cents
  2. IMO at 115 mph driver swing speed I wouldn't go to x stiff it most likely will feel "boardy" to you i'm not sure that you will be able to fire an x stiff a low launching stiff is what I would be leaning towards but again IMO
  3. Has anyone played these irons? I am very interested in getting a set of these they are the nicest blades out there now IMO...besides miura's...just wondering how they feel/hit I love the new wedges they have thats why im wondering about the irons
  4. Hey, I have the 695 mb's very much similar ive heard and I love them very solid and great workability....but unfortunately you have to be an A+ ball striker to use them to their potential...if you can its well worth it
  5. IMO...Project X no question, the trajectory control and ball control in general is unreal I would not have anything but project x
  6. I bought a new driver and 3 wood am very happy with them..best driver ive ever owned, need new wedges thinking either taylormade tp's with the new grooves or else some vokeys...other than that im very happy with the setup.. as for plans the long hard road to get to scratch will hopefully end but my free time will be the issue
  7. I use titleist 695 mb's with project x shafts... by far the best set of clubs I have ever owned...throwing darts is an understatement with these baby's !!!
  8. Hey, Im in the market for a new driver the cobra is not doing it for me... just wondering some oppinions on drivers. I was thinking of a Titleist 905R or 907 D2 I am very open to other brands since I havent tried many of the new ones but like the player/open faced drivers. Thanks
  9. My vote for most underrated in north america would be Miura irons best irons money can buy and you dont see many of them, expensive but you still do not see them...I want a set!
  10. If I had 4000 for a set of irons and wedges my oppinion would be a set of miura tournamet blades in my oppinion the best blades out there expensive but if you have the money that would be my choice as for wedges i ould suggest vokey's there very proven. If you dont want to go the miura way the irons I have now I love titleist 695 mb's great workability and control my favorite titleist clubs.
  11. My oppinion on a driver for you since you are a very low handi is a 907 d2 or a cobra speed pro (which I hit) but more importantly is the shaft I think that the shaft half the battle cobra has the alida vs proto in the speed pro which is an awesome shaft and titleist has very good aftermarket shafts aswell
  12. Driver - 300 3 wood - 280 3 iron - 230 4 iron - 215 5 iron - 205 6 iron - 190 7 iron - 175 8 iron - 165 9 iron - 155 pw- 145 gw - 130 sw - 115 lw - 95
  13. Hi, I have been thinking about changing my wedge setup since my weak lofted clubs no longer require a 52 and also have never tried a hybrid. I was thinking of going to a vokey 54 and 58 and changing my 15 to a 13 and playing a 17 degree hybrid? I was watching tv and a teacher said that if you are not playing a hybrid you are losing strokes....ive personally never had one but am thinking of trying one...thoughts??
  14. 1. Titleist 695 mb's 3-pw (in my bag now) 2. Nike Forged Blades 2-pw 3. Callaway x forged 3-pw 4. Titleist 762b's 3- pw 5. wilson deep red's 3-pw
  15. I changed from being a dynamic gold fan to project x in one range session for me they are simply amazing...tried the dynamic gold shafts in my new 695's again and for me they fly too high just cannot keep the ball down so immediately went back to the project's...best low ball flight shafts in my oppinion
