  1. At alignement I ground it for sure, to place my hands correctly. But at my takeaway, I elevate it, because it helps avoiding the club to stick to the ground, for instance, the club hit a hiden tee on your upswing, but you continue your swing, deconcentrate. 'Made it a couplle of times -Djou
  2. Same thing as me last year, I asked my coach and he made a couple of adjustents on my swing. here they are: 1. Have a perfect grip 2. close the face of your club at alignement 3. when the club is parrallel to the ground, ( upswing) it must be parallel with your feet, and your left forearm must be parralle with your feet, too. 4. Be sure your HEAD doesn't move, at any time. It helps have a perfect tempo. 5. Try having a larger stance. Hope it'll help you! Djou
  3. You've got to make a more vertical upswing, it helps pinching it. Personnally I use my putter grip to do this, with my feet open to the target. I do not rotate my lower body, I find it more consistent this way Djou

    Got sponsor?

yeah that's what I tought. Because I know a really good player, (Mathieu Rivard) and I know that last year, he played with all nike equipments. I don't think he got money for playing those clubs, but it's always nice to play with clubs that you don't need to pay...By talking about 'sponsor', I was talking about getting stuff, like gear and clubs, not about getting pay to play WITH free clubs. But I still need to make my name in amateur tour if I want to get as far as my potential can btw, do you think K.J. 's gonna win the sony open? ( 1 hour to make your choices ) Thanks, again Julien

    Got sponsor?

Hi guys, happy new 2008 year! I would like to know if one of you have a sponsor. Because I sent a lot of e-mails to companies like Taylor Made and Callaway about this subject, but they have never answered me, except for Callaway golf, one time, they sent me a dozen of balls and a cap. I found it really nice. I'm a big big fan about Taylor Made products, and I was wondering, can they sponsor me? When Callaway golf sent me the balls, they also told me that they couldn't sponsor me because of my age, and that they can only sponsor tour pros. But my coach is a Pro golfer, and the owner of a main part of my home course. Maybie he has some contacts at taylor made companies, so he can ask somebody to come at my city, and watch me play, and maybie the are going to give me a chance... I like to dream Cheers, Julien

    University!

Heum, hey 907golfer12, when you'll have an answer of golf coaches, could you tell me what they tell you about your handicap? And do you think you could have a place with this handicap on any ''division''. Oh yeah, and if you talk with a Division I coach, could he tell you what's his worst handi. player in his (division I) team? Thanks a lot, Julien

    University!

I'll gladly let you know how it goes, but it's not for the next year... Here in canada, our education system is not the same as yours. In order, here it is: -We start with primary school ( 6 years ) -Then it's high school ( 5 years) (actually, I'm in my fourth year) -Then it's '' cegep '' That's how it is name here) ( it's about 2-3-4 years dependent on what you're studying) -Then after that it's University So I'will probably do a 2 years cegep and, if I want to go to USA, I will probably take a one year-off to work and make some cash, wich let me 4 or five years. ------------------------------------------------------ 907golfer12 : Did you start do talk with College teachers and programs ? If yes what did they told you? Cheers, JuliEn

    University!

Unfortunately, I start paying for golf Digest magazines only on November, so I got the Decembre edition. Is there a link that I can go to see the infos you were talking about? Heum, my parents' money he? Well, actually it's not a problem but even if you're rich, it's always the same price to go to university, and that price is not given. ( I mean expensive) Moreover, is there good university with golf school (+subvention) in every states, well, the south states? I was wondering going to Florida with my sister. Oh yeah, do someone know what is the handicap of THE tiger? Cheers, Julien

    University!

Hi I'm 15 and I love golf, very much. Right now I'm just a 8.x handicaper but I'm getting better and better each year, wich is normal at my age. But I would like to go in USA ( I'm canadian ) for university. I would like to have a student's grant ( or subvention) ( I'm not sure of the definition of that word ) (anyways ) because University in USA is very expensive but we can play golf all year long. But the thing is that I don't know what it takes to go out there and have a place. I was wondering if one of you already had a subvention to play golf and how good are the kids in USA. With my teacher, we think that I can reach the positive handicap for summer 2009. Will it be enough? Thanks, cheers, -Julien
  22. haha, with that Indicap Index, and just for you, they should put a '' Lefty-Righty'' button. I hope you like playing golf, because if it's not the case, I wouldn't like to play with you! But we play golf for fun, don't we? -Julien
  23. Unfortunetly, I never played across the border... My parents aren't golf players so I do not go play golf in the US. Yes I played the Owl's head course in a Junior tour Competition, I wasn't playing good, my swing wasn't at its best... anyways, when its hot in here, golf is nice, well, like everywhere else! Cheers, Julien
  24. from 13.5 to 8.5... and it's still going down! hope to reach under 7.5 for next year.... to pass from 85 to 80... ok, but from 80 to 75, it takes more experience, well for me! cheers, Julien
  25. Yes I've gone to the Bell center a couple of times, and, I'm sure about this, it's the best place to have fun and scream in a hockey game. Everybody is screaming and yelling. But unfortunately the players don't wan't ( well the majority) to come play in Montreal because of the fans... '' We expect to much from them'' cheers, Julien
