I got to see Ian Leggat hit 2 irons beside Perezs' drivers for 2 days in a Canadian Tour Event back in 1997 and it was priceless because he is so low class ,the little temper tantems he threw made the whole gallery(50 or so) love to dislike the guy.Cheers Flash

I can't wait to ask the same group which tees off first every saturday morning(they do so because from Oct 1-March30 there are no booked times and these fellows have no problem showing up at the course at 6am.only to tee off at first light,which is 7:30am.1st. come first served, anyways..... they play in 3hours/45 mins. BUT my foursome teed off first this last saturday only because early birds were a no show and we played in 2hours/55mins.first group should set the pace and ...end of story.Cheers Flash

sounds like you hit high compression rangers.all that's used here are 70-80comp. so range doesn't have to be 400yds. long.anyone here that says they are flying it over a 40foot high fence at the end of range 300yds. away well.............. sure they are.lol Cheers flash

Spin is generated from the ball sliding up the grooves.you don't need to feel you have to drive the club steeply in the ball to do so. A smooth swing in which the clubface strikes the ball and ground at the same time will allow you to spin the golfball.Cheers Flash...ps. On Saturday,12th. hole I hooked driver behind a tree in the rough.Had to hit a low hook to get ball back into play. left with my favorite yardage(80yds) hit a gapwedge thin just over the back of green. Had a 20fotter downhill,fellow player asked if I wanted pin in or out.I remember saying" na just pull it out and I'll get out of here and meet ya all on 13th tee. putt hit back of hole,bounced straight up a couple of inches and dropped in for par.said nothing to replies of'ahh come on,get real' snickered, went to golfbag,stood there as innocent looking as I could,then lost it and we all broke up!!! just checked history for 1945,found that Nelson actually won 12 straight but the purses had to be $3000.00 or more to be 'official' and the 12th. was only a $2500.00 purse. also found that Snead and Hogan were competing in every Nelson win. to me that doesn't make a weak field. when I was growing up 13-16yrs. I had the pleasure of playing with and against Dawn Coe Jones because she happened to live on the same island.She destroyed every other girl she played against so entered boys' junior tournaments.Won a few,but more importantly gained the respect of each and every GUY she played against,not because of her looks but her game.The 2 'poster girls' in this thread had better work on their game because the looks ain't gonna pay the bills in their 40's. what am I saying though ... doesn't one or both already have their own T.V. show? Since the commissioner of the tour announced the boards' plan to incorporate random drug testing,I sure hope his probably soon-to-be elected DRUGSQUAD( the whole situation turns my stomach) is prepared to hand down the same penalty to EVERY guilty player. My gut feeling is it will totally depend on the value that particular player has on the tour. Now that golf has been included to be using enhanced sport aids,can't put it any better, don't be the least bit surprised to read about some players going to an official who has an empty bottle in his/her pocket and giving it to said player on the tenth tee,'hey, do me a favor while your in the next potty'.We are living in a time where once the players name is released in the press, and it will 'cause ya gotta sell the paper, that player won't be able to get a 8pm. teetime on the North Pole,and it won't matter if he/she is innocent because it will be too late.
