  1. I have no doubt that Tiger is just a bit of time away from being back to form. He still has it, we saw that thursday and friday. He needs time. Not many people went through the massive change he has, both in golf and in life.
  2. The Upro is definitely the best i've used as well. I really liked it. I bought one for x-mas for my father, and it is fantastic.
  3. That one is garbage, I had it and it fell apart within days.
  4. I play the ProV1 because I got a great deal on them. 20$/dzn closeout on the 2011 balls, so I picked up the last 8 boxes they had. Season started a month ago here, and im still on my first box. I lost four, 5 have been relegated to practice balls due to being beat up by regular use. I imagine that I will be playing these balls all season, with the odd sleeve of Penta's, because I picked up a box of them with my new bag last week. And no doubt I will buy a sleeve of other balls to try here and there. Plan on playing a Sleeve of Penta's when this box of ProV1's are gone, though i've been thinking I may try them tomorrow as wel l. Both are new balls to me for regular use. Last few years I played Callaways, Srixons (which I enjoyed), and Bridgestones. I notice a real difference around the greens, as well as when putting. But off the driver I only notice the diference with really cheap balls like Intech.
  5. I buy most of my balls used, except for this year. And thats because I bought 8 boxes of Pro V1's at the end of last season on clearance for 20$/box (no tax). I can honestly say, anyone who thinks that a new ball performs better than a AAAAA ball from lostgolfballs, is delusional. And no 20 HC'er is going to notice any difference at all.
  6. Im not sure. I have been forbidden from doing laundry by the woman for quite a while now, lol. She doesn't want me ruining any more clothes :p But its ok, because I do most of the cooking (because she can't).
  7. So OP, I suppose Nicklaus was a hack, too.
  8. No, spoken like someone who realizes that its not hard to find 5 hours to play golf. Its ridiculous to say anyone playing 3x a week isn't spending time with their family. It just isnt true. Its very, very easy to squeeze in two rounds a week and still have TONS of time for family. I know, I do it.
  9. Had a 13 way and hated it. Replaced it today with an Ogio Kingpin with the Woode divider system, and after just one round, I could not be happier. Great bag all around. Easy to get clubs in, easy to organize, lots of room (and 2 'Hydration Pack' coolers, one each side).
  10. Wow, I cant imagine having to have an 'agreement' with the woman to play golf, children or not. If money is the issue, I understand. But if time is the issue, then there should be no problem to get out at least once a week. I try to get in three times a week, (including tuesday nights mens night) sometimes 4, but 2 at the minimum. Why not tee off in the early AM, you can be done by 10-11 am.
