  2. I heard there was a dust up between the two. What was the reason?
  3. Just a couple of years ago Adidas marketed the Puremotion as a better shoe that put you closer to the ground. This AdiZero looks 180 degrees opposite. To me the marketing hype never ends, companies say whatever is necessary to sell merchandise, products have a very short life cycle, and much of what is on the market is crap. (And not to say that TaylorMade Adidas merchandise it crap, but they seem to be the worst offenders in golf.)
  4. Beautiful, thank you. ~Slim
  5. Can someone direct me to the rule that covers the two club-length distance within which the drop must occur after the NPR has been determined? I can't seem to find it. Thanks.
  6. Good point and well said.
  7. Good points. I believe that ALL anchoring should be banned.
  8. Yep, wording it like this is simple and effective.
  9. Fair enough ...
  10. I completely disagree with your assessment of Tiger's motives. I don't think people using them are a threat to me, nor do I think they are cheating. But I hate them and wish they were banned.
  11. Where did you come up with the cheating comment? Stating that he believes using a long putter gives one an unfair advantage is much different than claiming his fellow competitors are cheating.
  12. BAN THE DAMNED THING! I returned my USGA membership renewal to the president of the USGA saying "hell no I won't renew" while that embarrassing abomination is allowed to persist in the rules.
  13. Used the iPhone holder on the range while on vacation last week. It was very easy to use. (I had to buy alignment sticks that had points on one end so I could stick it in the ground.) I set up the phone and turned on started shooting video. I played the video back just before falling asleep and thought the feedback I got from watching my swing was really useful. I instantly saw a couple of things to work on. The simplicity and convenience is really nice. ~ Slim
  14. Well, yes indeed. The package arrived all the way out here in San Francisco two days after I ordered it by upgrading to Priority Mail for less than $2 more. Very happy about that. Thank you ProtoSports! The product is quality and functional.
