sounds about right. the specs on my irons are even 90g which i thing is the lightest steel.

i agree any amount of oil on the club face will affect the spin. best bet just keep your clubs nice and dry and clean.

Thanks for all the great info so far. I think best bet is to go to golf galaxey and try a bunch out. Been using a blade style for a while now. Might be time to try something new.

good for you. glad you found a driver that works for your game. Just like i could go on and on how Taylormade Superquad is the longest and best driver made. It will be in my bag for atleast another season. Taylormade is the best company out right now hands down. But thats my opinion. hey and like i said i hit the SQsumo club and thought it was crap. Launched to high for my swing speed. Might be good for you and Tiger. Not for me. And stating a shaft is crap has nothing to do with golf swing or my gear. Just speaking free. Thats what is so great about golf forums there are no right or wrong answers.

i never said 100% true. just telling you what i thought. Who cares not a good shaft for me then. Like i said i have one on my Long Driver so they must be semi good. Just not for my regular driver. It's not like i am sponsored by Graffaloy and i run around saying they are garbage. Just a average joe who doen't like them. No Big deal. Just like i could say Scotty Cameron's are way over priced and look just like a Ping for half the money. Just my opinion. You may disagree or agree. Sorry for getting everyone in a uproar over a shaft. Hope you buy find the right one. Try a bunch don't settle for nothing less than the best.

doubt you are gonna find a Grafalloy Prototype Bi-Matrx Hot Pink Stiff shaft on the open market. But you might want to spend the doe on it since bubba watson uses it. I just think besides the shaft he has and the LD shaft i have on my club the rest are garbage. Thats what these forums are about peoples opions. so this whole tread is in the wrong. Don't put any oil on your clubs even the WD-40. Sounds good to me. I was just saying what someone told me to try and it worked. Might be a good time to buy stock in vasaline or Wd-40. Now everyone will be tring to get the extra 10 yards on there drives with it. LOL

well seems like i have lost some feel with the ping putter. The putter feels so light in my hands and the ball just does roll off the face as nice as i would like it too. I have tried changing grips from cross handed to the claw to others. You are right not looking for a miricle. Maybe just a confidence boost.

is that in the rule book? i once was in a pro-am and a guy told me to rub chapstick on my driver. Worked great. Almost out drove him on the next tee.

yeah thats right i just don't like graffaloy. i would never have it on my course driver again. Had it on my ping g2 lost 15 yards easy with it. Even was fitted by a well known proshop with the shaft. Wasted my time and money with it. Switched back to taylormade drivers and Robomax shaft.

you will never see a lond drive pro or a pga pro have a graf o garbage shaft on there driver. These are great shafts for people who need help getting the ball up in the air. I Just would never recomend it for anyone. To be honest i have a 48" smt 5* driver with a Graffaloy LD shaft on it right now. I needed a shaft to get the ball up alittle more with the 5* in competion. Other than that the shafts are garbage. You can get way better shafts at the same price maybe even cheaper. Try a Purple ICE shaft they are cheaper and look better and will do a better job.

Gaffaloy shafts are garbage. Put something else on it.

not sure i had the red quad cover for the 425. Had to get the yellow 460 cover for the superquad.

Gaffaloy shafts you won't see on any long drive pro or pga pro using them. Might work for you if our swing speed is below 90. Which there is nothing wrong with that. Some people need help to get it up.

Best bet it to stop ball hocking every water hole and you should be fine.

taylormade will fix it call them direct. If not but some paint and fix it your self.
