1. Haha yup that's a high price and yup you need an adapter in order to fix the head onto the shaft ..go on ebay and search for a used head ..a used one wouldn't really be any different
2. Well it really depends on your feel . I'm 5-8 and I choke down on my wedges I get much more control and much better impact as with wedges distance doesn't matter so the only thing you are looking for is control and I get much better control when choking down on my wedges.so i guess the shorter clubs may give you much more control than before
3. Well you will need an adapter that will be compatible with the head you are going to buy.well the rocketfuel shaft usually comes with the rbz stage 2 driver.id advise you to buy a rbz stage 2 tour head instead of the standard rbz stage 2 head as the tour head will give you much more control
4. @mvmac incase if he has limited flexibility is what I meant though ..he doesn't seem to be rotating that well so that is what made me think that he has limited flexibility though the it's clearly showing that his swing plane is quite inside the line but still the problem seem more of the rotation than of of the swing plane
5. Just make your backswing abit shorter and just rip it on the follow through that is what works when you have limited flexibility
6. Okay so this is a very common fault with wedges reason being the thin blades of the wedge which doesn't leave any room for error and doesn't offer much forgiveness.only a smooth swing wil get you a perfect shot with your wedge .let me share some of my thoughts to hit the wedges smoothly .firstly I grip loose and feel tension free .secondly I feel as if I'm standing right next to a wall and I should not move from it through out my swing .thirdly don't try to look at the ball in the air just concentrate on completing your swing .hope this helps
7. And can any suggest me some good coach aswell .im a 6 handicapper and really want to take my game to another level
8. Hey guys I'm looking to buy a whole new set and get it customized .i wil be in London in a few weeks time so can anyone suggest me any good club custom fitting centre in London
9. i am buying the titleist d913 d2 driver and i am slighlty confused on which shaft to get.my swing speed i around 108-112 miles but i slide my hips quite alot so my swing is not smooth at all.i am thinking of geting the fujikara f3 70 stiff shaft fitted.what do you guys think
10. Anyone here ?
11. Still the swing is quite clear
12. Guys check out my swing and give me tips to improve
13. @ralphs07 tried your swim noodle tip and it worked really well..now i am drawing the ball instead of fading and pusing
14. wat u need is a bloody proper weight shift to hit consistent, straight and long plus u need a normal short game.it is very simple either you hav to be talented or work very hard
15. Well u hav certain options..choke down is one option but ofcourse the most ideal would be to swing abit less but that is a bit diffult shot to play as you can end up hitting push with it as you are not use to that shot so u have to practice that shot st the range and if it still doesnt work.thant getvurself irons with regular flex
16. i have this major problem of pushing my hips as i start my downswing.I have absolutely no hip turn on my followthrough and plus no arm extension as my arms pull in after impact and my feeling at impact is really bad.my lower body turn is just not in my control.i literally jump at impact in.order to turn ahead.urgent help requit
17. well one reason for this can be that maybe your taking your backswing with a close club face..stop midway through your practice swing and see in what position its your club face..if you use your wrists in your swing so try opening your club face on the backswing using ur wrists and secondly the club you are using can be a factor..i switched from a r9 3 wood to a rocketballz 3 wood and now i am a totally different player with my 3 wood
18. my hip pushes towards left of the target
19. as soon as i start my downswing my left hip pushes and all my distance is lost.. i have had this problem all my life and i cant find a cure to it..it has really restricted my game to a certain level
20. guys its all about the shaft we use in our driver..if you want the best driver get the best shaft...new drivers are now just attractions and the manufacturers are proving it by designing them in such ways..instead of spending 400 dollars on a club which will be half the price a year later, we should buy a high end quality shaft
21. guys i want to buy myself a 52 degree wedge and i am confused between cleveland 558 chrome wedge and cg 16 black pearl..and also recommend me what should be the ideal bounce for a 52 degree wedge
22. thanks for the tip guys will certainly try your tips on the range by tommorow
23. well as far the wedges are concerned its all about practice and the best thing with wedges is that their definetly will be an improvement which is not the same case with practicing your putting or driver or long irons.. i am a 6 handicapper and it happens quite often to me that i hit hundred of balls on the range with the drive and long irons and end up worse than before but short game practice always gives a positive result and the trick is to keep your body stable as much as possibel
24. hey guys i am a 19 year old 6 handicapper and i have this major problem of droping my left shoulder and sliding my hips on my backswing and then again on my downswing i drop my right shoulder and push my hips..your advise will be of great help
