  1. I am sure it has been asked before, but I am about to buy a vokey wedges and if you only bought one what degree would be best for all around the green?
  2. I have to agree with other posters here,If you are in fact a 10 handicap you have tasted a few birds here and there. And as far as the 1 putting,if it was just 50% of the time from 15 feet you should be a lower handicap than 10 saying you hit 50% of GIR.Seems maybe your math is off but hey if you like it I do too
  3. Does anyone here have a pull or push cart they would like to sell? There is no want to buy section so this is all I know to do
  4. mini moe seeing that you are a +4 that is all I need to know and I do keep them as close together as possible. Thanks for the reply.
  5. Understood but when it takes all the fun out of it for the last month thats no good for me because I play strictly for the fun.I know I will never be as good as I would like to be because I just dont have the time to dedicate to it.So I think I am going to go back to the grip that works OK for me and consentrate on striking the ball as pure as I can
  6. Good info and I see you are a 5 handicap if I could get to that it would be good enough for me(well until you get there).Anyone else??????
  7. Do you do this with every club, the reason I ask is I tried only doing it with my driver and still had no consistancy with it either
  8. Can you ever get good with a baseball grip?I have tried the overlap and interlocked finger for several games now and if I keep going the way I am going my clubs will be for sale before long.I got to a 10 handicap with a baseball grip and recently bought a new driver and the pro said I for sure need to change my grip and I have given it a chance but have no confidence over the ball now with any club.Should I just go back to my baseball grip?I could shot in the low 80's with it before so what do you think,do you know anyone that is really good with this grip?
  9. I used to go for everything, lately I have been using my head a litle more.I still go for the easy ones but if it's too much risk I play it safe and my scores reflect it,over all dropped about 3-4 strokes.Course management my friend it does work
  10. It should have came with a torque wrench that clicks when they are tight enough, and you have to buy the weights if you want extras
  11. NEWSFLASH..............This just goes to show you that he really is just human.I am not a big fan but you have got to give him props for playing so off for him and having to scramble so hard and still have 17 straight top 10 finishes.just about every tornament he is in he is a threat to win or get in the head of all his competetors so deep that they choke
  12. I just had a thought,I play with people that I can most time beat pretty easily. Not saying I'm so good just saying I play with people that are worse than me.Having said that, you always get the feeling that they secretly hate you hahahaha not really but you know what I mean.So if I just started playing the ball down without even telling them I would only get better in the long run and they would be happier for a while, see what I mean I know I'm not the only one in this situation
  13. Has anyone played the course at the brickyard in Indianapolis and if so what did you think about it?I will be playing it next month
  14. In a earlier post I said R 7 draw,brainfart Igot the R7 limited with movable weights
  15. I used the R7 today for the first time and hit every fairway only play 9,so 5 for 5 so far.And it is longer than my old driver with less effort.I am 100% satisfied with it
  16. I did buy the r 7 draw after hitting it,and the guy at dicks watched me hit some balls and said my grip was all wrong and after showing me I was hitting straighter and longer with the club set to nuetral,so I cant wait to get it on the course....By the way has anyone bought this and got the free shoes and how long did it take to get them
  17. I do have a repeatable swing and very consistant with my ball placement in the fairway but I have always hit a power fade so I play the right side of most golf courses if you know what I mean.Just looking for something to straighten it out just a little for some courses that have tree lined fairways right to the tee boxes or that well placed bunker about 220 on the right side of the fairway so you think the r7 limited is a good choice I have also been looking at it as well
  18. Will this driver help with a fade or do I need a draw bias driver http://www.tgw.com/customer/category...EGORY_ID/11798 or should I go with the burner draw
  19. I am looking to buy a new driver soon and have been doing some research and to me it looks like the Nike SQ 2 5900 is as good or better than any other driver out right now according to reviews.I dont like the square look at address, but if it works then O'well.Does anyone here have opinons on this driver

    Golf GPS

Looking to maybe buy a golf gps which one do you guys recommend.I am not wanting to pay a monthly fee, would like one to show me water and bunkers not just the green
  21. Hey man did you go back and read the crap that you wrote, this is a golfing website not a shrine to the 72 Dolphins. You really need to lay off the weed man,the only thing Plaxico can break is bones in his leg from the gunshot wounds
  22. How much can be be cut off the shaft if need be before it changes the dynamics of the feel of the putter. Can you replace the weight you take off the shaft with lead tape or some other kind of weight?
  23. Measuring down the shaft to the ground which comes out were you strike the ball my old one is 33.5 and my new one is 36 if this is the proper way to measure either way the new one is 2.5 inches longer and is bent down by the putter head so if I want to shorten it how would I go about it.But first I will use it as is and see if I like it first
  24. What is you guys average putter length, the reason I ask is I just bought a white hot 2 ball and it is about 2 inches longer than my old blade putter.Just wondering if my old one was always too short or will this one be too long.I am average height 5 foot 9
  25. I have a birthday coming up and my wife keeps asking me what I want,so the delima is should I get fitted or take a couple of lessons which would you do if you could only do one,I dont want her to spend too much I spend enough just playing
