Trust me, send it back you will get a new one in a week. I have sent many many clubs back, even a Ping G2 they dont even make 4 years old, got back a new one. Callaway is the best you will get a brand new Ft-3.

Take it to your local golf shop, they will send it back and get ya a new one. I have sent a ton of broken, cracked faces back and get new clubs back no questions, I don't even pay shipping.

I rely on ball flight to tell me what my swing is doing, ie. starts left of my target I came over it, push it a little is cool, I came inside just didn't release.
