My office is in Tarzana. Its pretty hectic at work, but maybe in a couple of weeks we can meet at Woodley or Balboa or something. Dont be afraid to play alone at these places, people do all of the time.

Well, I just got back from the game. Im not too bummed because we had a great season. Congrats to the Phillies, they were the better team by far and well see if they go all the way.

Some would say too many standards. Im in the distribution end of it and the things we have to go through are ridiculous.

Ya I grew up in Chatsworth and remember how bad it was when I was a kid. I drive down the 118 everyday now from Simi and your right, you can see clear across the valley.

It seems to have all blown to Riverside. Im in the Valley and its usually not bad, but Riverside looks like it has a S cloud hovering over it.

The smog doesnt seem to be as bad as it used too.

I second the vote on moving to LA. It can be somewhat of a culture shock to some mid westerners but that seems to be only in the city. The traffic sucks, but get a sunroof, we dont have very many bad weather days. If your company is based out of Newport and SD, you might be looking for something in more of south Orange County. Which is always nice too.

Man, just got home from the game. What a bummer. Victorino silenced the crowd with his shot and then Stairs hit it deep. At least I didnt have to listen to McCarver. I dont know what Ethier was thinking swinging at the first pitch from Romero after he just walked Furcal. It really showed his age. Oh well, Ill be there on Wednesday night too, so hopefully we take this thing back to Philly.

McCarver says " Dodger players protecting their meal ticket". WTF, am I just being biased or was that just an off the wall uncalled for comment? That was almost an insult to the rest of the team. PS: Its nice to see Tiger in a Dodgers hat.

I think Victorino needs to keep his mouth shut. The Phils have been pitching up and in all series, they also drilled a couple. If he would of just kept it shut, it would be over with. It did bring a new twist to the series though.

Yes we are both very lucky to have two of the best announcers in all of sports. You guys with Kalas and us with Vin Scully. I listened to a few of the Phils games on XM when the Dodgers played them back in August and I must say his voice is comforting. Ill also put Mike Shannon with the Cards in that bunch, there is just something about them.

As if this series wasnt bad enough for Dodger fans, we get stuck with Tim McCarver as a commentator. How does this guy still have a job, he is horrible and it is obvious he doesnt like us. I wouldnt say he is Joe Morgan bad, but he is right there. Things are going to change come game 3, Go Dodgers.

That was a great game. I havent seen Lowe get rattled after a bad play in a while. Tomorrow Billingsley v. Myers, I give the edge to the Dodgers on this one, again this is my un biased opinion.This should turn out to be a great series.

I think California Republicans get hosed by the Republican party. Since the 80s, 3 out of our 4 Governors have been Republican, so it is obvious that we will vote for a Republican(just barely), but California gets no support from the party.

I dont know about shipping a Fat Burger, but Im in for a six pack.( Is that legal to ship). Its just too bad LA has no good Microbrews, Angel City tastes similar to warm King Cobra. We do have Firestone an hour north, but I think its nation wide so it wouldnt be much of a microbrew.

So what has the Phils line up looked like lately. Are we going to see Rollins or Victorino leading off. I think when they came to LA it was Rollins,Utley, Howard, Burrell. Im kind of pissed about the 130 Friday start time. Half of LA is going to have to call in sick.

Man this is going to be a awesome series. I think it goes to a game 6 or 7 with the Dodgers coming out on top. This is a complete non biased opinion.

Although it would seem to benefit my Dodgers, I dont like the short 5 game series. It just doesnt seem like baseball.

Ya that seems low for Anze, he has been one of the bright spots the last 2 seasons. He should be good for 30 goals again.

I know what your talking about, but I get a feeling we are not going to sign him next year. I mean the city is going crazy for him but we still owe Jones 18 mil and Pierre 10 mil next year and there is no way they wont start Kemp and Ethier. The one thing I will say is, even though he lagged it out in Boston, he made Ortiz such a better hitter, I mean he has transformed the Dodger line up into a offensive force and we were bad.

My Kings went out and got Sean ODonnel yesterday. I think this could be the move to put us over the top(that was a joke). Heres to another rebuilding year.

I think one of the best parts about us getting Manny was that we gave a up a 3b prospect that was always hurt and were not touching his salary. That and he really did lift this lifeless team. I dont think the Dodgers have enough to go all the way this year, but if we sign Manny it will be the start of a good run.

If your younger its great to have dreams of becoming a golf pro or a pro in anything for that matter. What do you want them to say, I cant wait to graduate from college and work in a cubical. The problem is when they hit their late 20s and still have this dream and are living in their parents basement. The hard work you put in helps build character for later in life.
