  1. I used to be in the one club category with my 60* in high school, but in the past few years, I have learned to appreciate that every shot is different and I have to adapt to the conditions. It has dramatically increased my scoring around the greens, and lowered my scores greatly. One of the people I play with frequently though is a great wedge player and rarely uses anything but his 54* from 100 yards in no matter what the lie is. I guess what I am trying to say is that each player is different and you have to play to your strenghts.
  2. Sorry to hear about the injury, expecially since I know how it feel when you are not able to play golf due to an injury. I had a head injury my freshman year of high school in May just as the weather was finally starting to get better. I felt like I could play, but my doctor told me the most he wanted me doing was putting. It was horrible spending all day on the putting green as I watched all of my friends play. I was finally released to play though and as soon as my full swing came back I was able to outplay almost all of my friends. Just hang in and keep working on the short game.
  3. I voted for other Titleist, just because thats what I have been playing for about six years now. I havent hit too many other irons, but got a chance to hit my friends Cleveland CG Tours and loved them. I hit the DCI 990B though and like how durable they are. I play about five times a week when the weather permits and the irons still perform as well as the day I bought them.
  4. I used to play whatever I found around the pro shop or used carts, but now that ive become more consistent and dont spray the ball as much I use only Pro V1s. They are way too expensive for a golf ball in my opinion, but I love the feel of them. For the money though, I still think that the NXT Tour is a great ball and I would be willing to play it any day.
  5. Attending College and working at a golf course. I play at least five times a week.
  6. Yeah, I work at a course too so free balls helps. Everyone else pays $4 for about 30 balls, or $6 for about 70 balls.
  7. Golf is absolutely addicting. I work at a course where I am around it for anywhere from 8 to 10 hours a day, so you would think that I would want to get away from golf when I got off work, but instead I hit the range for and hour or two. Did I mention that this is at ten o'clock at night, and for some reason there is no place I would rather be.
  8. Driver- Free 5 Wood- Free Hybrid- 130 Irons- 520 Wedges- 120 Putter- Free Thank God that Ive been working at various golf courses for the past seven years and got discounts on all my Gear. Throw in the bag that I got when I played in high school, the putter and driver that I spent 400 on and don't use anymore and things could have gotten expensive. Not that 770 is cheap though.
