I will agree with you there. I do perfer the old woods over today's new shallow woods.

I went to my local store to try out some fairwaywoods last night and I hit the TM R7 CGB.. and WOW every ball i hit into the net was dead nuts. If the price wasn't so high i would have def picked up this club last night.

I'm trying not to get wrapped up in the hype of these putters.. But man they are nice looking. I do want to pick up the studio select newport 2

I've been having that problem as of late too. The only thing thats been helping me is getting my hips through a little faster. When I come down with the club I'm trying to get my hips through at that time. It's been helping on the long chip shots. Or Just try choking up more and more till you find a spot were you feel comfortable. Hope it helps

I must agree with Jay B. I would rather the ball stop on a dime. Because most of the time I'm short of the cup or near it and if i put spin on it I would prob go off every time. I mean if you could put side spin on it, then i'm down to learn that.

Hey i was looking at picking that one up. I tried it out at the store and it seems to make the ball feel really soft which I liked. How has it treated you on the course?

The only thing i miss about the metal spikes was the noise they made when you walked on the asphalt. Thats it, I love my new Adidas 360 Tours'

I've had a blade forever and just switched to a TM Monza Corza, and I've sank more long putts with that putter than I ever did with the blade.

I've been looking at the Cleveland Hibore and the Callaway X. Has anyone had the pleasure of using both these clubs?

See I heard that the Titleist chewed the ball less than the Cleveland. But it's great to hear it from someone that has used both. I wanted to buy the Cleveland more seeing that I'm trying to go all Cleveland. By the way if anyone is looking for a nice putter (Taylormade Monza Corza) I'm looking to get ride of.

I like the new Callaway Tour i, got a free sleeve and they do seems better off the tee and tighter around the green.
