  1. I believe it all starts with the core. Push ups are great for building strength, but the core is where it's at. I do 60 seconds each side or side planks where I lay on my side push up with an extended arm and hold it there for 60 seconds...
  2. Question for all. If your buddy was beating you and using a BanditGrip would you call them out on it and ask that they put it away?
  3. I'm kind of torn on this. I can see valid arguments on both sides...
  4. The product cannot be used in USGA tournament play, but can be used if a player were to have medical grip issues. Arthritis, nerve damage, etc- http://www.usga.org/rule-books/rules-of-golf/rule-14/ It can be also be used as a training device or if you wanted to beat your buddy out of a beer or win a golf scramble...
  5. I am biased to the product of course, but this may help www.BanditGrip.com Good Luck! Erik
  6. I agree. The main thing to try to do is think about the swing being worry free during both practice and on course. It really is a state of mind. It's the same issue baseball players have...they crush the ball during batting practice, but just can't seem to perform the same during a game. Try not to over think it....I remember someone telling me "you can't think and swing at the same time"
  7. I would agree that lesson are well spend $. Of course finding the right instructor who blends with your golf style is important...
  8. Shot an 81 this morning at Alaqua Lakes golf course in Longwood FL
  9. Try focusing on keep the head down while rotating thru the swing...
  10. Became a member a few week ago. Looking to contribute as much as I can and learn from you all. Been golfing for 25 years. 12 handicap. Great Forum! Erik
