  3. Hit a bucket at the range working on my A5 position.
  4. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get out and play much. We have had an absurd amount of rain the past couple of weeks, and most of the courses in my area have been closed. My shots are more consistent though. I have been able to play a couple of rounds, and my scores have been better. I am really starting to get the feeling of coming at the ball from the inside now.
  5. Got out to the range today and worked on turning through impact.
  6. I'm not sure how to get those nice titles for the links, but here are a couple of threads and an article to help you out. If you have a relatively new smart phone the camera should be sufficient for recording, and there a ton of apps that will help you do the job. http://thesandtrap.com/t/38240/my-swing-video-threads-rules-please-read http://thesandtrap.com/t/73197/so-you-joined-tst-and-posted-a-member-swing-thread http://thesandtrap.com/b/playing_tips/filming_your_swing

  10. Finally had a day without rain and I hit the range, worked on rotating through impact.
  11. Usually when I go to the range I'm working on a very specific piece of my swing, and when I'm trying to make a change in my swing I'm hitting it like garbage most of the time. It can be very frustrating, and I've gotten some looks from people on the range after hitting some nasty shanks, but I gauge the quality of my range session on whether or not I'm successful at making a change. Changes can be hard to make, so I'm always going for small successes. I know that once I get the move fully ingrained I'll be hitting good shots more consistently.
  12. Did more mirror swings today working on A4 - A5.
  13. Worked on A5 position in the mirror.
  14. Focused on keeping my elbows closer together on the backswing.
  15. Worked on my elbow position at the start of the downswing.
  16. Worked on my A5 position a bit more.
  17. Worked on putting distance control.
  18. So I have still been working on laying the shaft down and it has really been quite a challenge. However, in my latest lesson Stephan suggested I work some on rotating my hips through impact, and this has been a much more natural movement for me. Now if I can just get the shaft to the right angle at A5!
  19. Worked on laying the shaft down from A4 to A5 and turning through impact.
  20. Worked on rotating my hips through at impact.
  21. Mark Brooks keeps calling the other guy out making him sound like a real idiot.
  22. Thank you, evolvr has been awesome.
  23. Hit a bucket at the range today. Still working on laying the shaft down at the start of the downswing.
