  1. I remember last year I was in a softball league and after that started, unbeknownst to me, I started shanking irons due to the flying elbow. Not that this has much to do with you, but I focused on keeping my arm triangle together (I think it's the Haney training aid that is like keeping a towel under your arms, but it loops over your arms instead). It helped to straighten me out.
  2. You're entitled to your opinion of course, but putting the blame of the golfers he helped bring to the game is bit unfair.
  3. I had these before going with the MP-30's and I always thought the MX-23's were just a very solid and forgiving club. I actually gave them to my cousin who had issues with his slingshot's and he is in love with them, says they hit very long and straight and forgiving.
  4. Southern California weather has been in the high 50's/low 60's and I think that's chilly for me :[ I have a few friends in Chicago who laugh at me for being weather-spoiled. My grandma lives in Arizona and the weather is high 60's so that would be a welcome change for you.
  5. I just picked up a used 907 D1 because of the sweet deal and good lord what was I waiting so long for :( The sound, feel, distance, control is gorgeous. I did gawk at the 909's at Golfsmith with the Voodoo shafts for a good long while though.
  6. haha, thanks. He's one tough mutha.
  7. I've found the VR wedges are a bit wider and deeper and cut the hell out of the ball, I mean even on harder balls as well. If that's your scale for biting wedges then there you go.
  8. Same as above basically. I use the 5.5's and they're the best investment I've made with my irons. Also use the spinners on my wedges.
  9. Project specialist for an environmental consultant company.
  10. At least once a week, although this past week I played 3 days in a row to end the year with a whimper :(
  11. Buenaventura http://buenaventuragolf.com
  12. I just put the Golf Pride VRad grip on my Scotty and love the tackiness of it. http://www.prgolfonline.com/products/vrad-optik1.jpg
  13. I started when I was 17 and played for around 5 years and quit due to a bad temperament for about 8 years. Almost a year back and it's amazing how much fun this game can be when you have the right mindset.
  14. I play MP-30's with Project-X 5.5's and I believe they're all at D6 weight. My dad got me them about a year ago and I've loved them since I hit my first range ball with them.
