  1. Brittany Lincicome is a Heffer at Best. My vote is for Gulbis.
  2. Cowboys. When I was a kid I did whatever my older brother did and since he was a Cowboys fan I became one too. Growing up in Utah doesn't help much when you are trying to pick a favorite pro sports team. I guess we have the JAZZ. LOL. Yeah I am a JAZZ fan. Have to be.
  3. I think that each of the styles have a strength but for the most part I think it comes down to preference. I got the Odyssey 2 Ball Blade putter back in May and I am putting better than I ever have. I like the 2 ball because it helps me line things up and I like the look of the blade versus the Original 2 ball look. But the best part for me is the dual insert design. I love the accuracy and the control that it gives me. I now have the confidence that I have a chance to make any putt within 20 feet (doesn't mean I always do) :) where as with my old putter I only felt cofident within 5. I would reccomend my putter to anyone.
  4. I wonder if any of you have even heard of this guy. His name is Dalton McCrary and his Video is call "Straight Shootin' Golf". He has some training videos. I borrowed them from a friend because he swore by the information that he gave in the lessons. His whole philosophy is based on keeping the club square and hitting the ball as straight as possible. I was super suspicious but I'll tell you what, the is on to something because I have been hitting a lot straighter and my slice is virtually gone. I hope to see my numbers improve once I get my short game in order.

    Glove?

I have never been comfortable with a glove on. I live in Utah where the weather is very dry during my golf season and I have never had to deal with the humidity. All a glove would do for me is make me sweat more than I already do.
  6. I don't have a Trigger either Rafcin. If I do something, it's not something I do concisously or something that I concentrate about. All of my concentration is centered on coming straight through the ball, lining up with the ball.
  7. I played at Davis Park in Kaysville, Utah. I was only able to play 9 holes and shot a 42. It was the first time I had 2 birdies in 9 holes. But I also had 2 triples to accompany the birdies. That kinda took some of the fun out of things. I was happy that I was able to hit my driver well for the first time in several weeks. Finally think I have conquered the slice. I was standing to close to the ball. Now I just take a half step back and now I am hitting it long and straight again. Now if I could only find a simple fix like that for my short game?!?!?!
  8. Thank you for your advice Rafcin. I am a self taught golfer and I swing pretty hard. I just want to make sure that I get the right shaft for my swing. I will get a stiff shaft if it is reccomended but I don't want it if I don't need it. Have you heard any good things about the G5 by Ping?
  9. I am a Customer Relations Manager for a Tax Software Development Company.
  10. Hello, I am new to the site. Do you guys reccomend getting fitted when purchasing a new driver? I have had a Ping Driver for about 5 years now and I need a new one but I have never been fitted for any club before. Would any of you reccomend the new Ping G5?
