I’ll be down in Mesquite, NV for the first weekend in March. My daughter has a high school softball tournament there so the wife and I will be taking the clubs to get a couple rounds in between Thursday and Sunday. It will be nice to get away from all this snow for a few days.

I didn’t have a GHIN account for a few years so I started off with a blank slate. Didn’t play nearly as much as I wanted to, and played a great round on a fairly easy course for my low round.

Very interesting topic. I need to start tracking these metrics better so that I can analyze where I am at instead of guessing. I have a pretty good idea of where I need to improve, but having data is definitely a better approach. Thanks for posting this information, and to everyone else for posting their stats. I am sitting at a 15 handicap as well, so these posts hit home for me.

This is all very interesting to me as the way the typical American sports industry and TV industry merge. It always has seemed that the broadcast stations pay big bucks to the sports associations to air their competitions and use the advertising dollars to backfill/cover the expense. Now, we are seeing the LIV tour, that is already highly controversial, have to PAY the broadcast station? Seems a bit backwards, which we all know it is, but I think that it goes to show the appetite of the american TV industry for Saudi backed sports associations. Moreover, I feel that it also shows how the broadcast stations believe the viewership will treat the tour. We all know there are some big names on the LIV tour, but the broadcast stations must feel that the American people will not look past the history of the Saudi money. This may have all been discussed already, but just my thoughts on the matter. That is about as direct a statement as you can make. Wow.

I have heard, and read, similar comments. I have a friend that started golfing last year and bought the E series. He likes them, but he plays about 5 times a year and is lucky to shoot 120.

I agree. I usually skip over that crap and listen strictly to his reviews. I like his “Breaking ####” series also.

I really like Rick Shiels, GM Golf, and channels of that nature. I like club reviews and then watching bucket list courses being played with a vlog style of video.

I feel ya on the quirky way things were done. Our house was built in 1995, so really not that old, and I’m finding stuff in this bathroom remodel that definitely has me scratching my head and having to rethink my plan of attack. It’s going very well, but not without a few setbacks.
