    P90x

I see a lot of people mentioning injuries, what type of injuries are you sustaining on P90X? I have the program and reviewed most of it and decided to wait as I want to focus more on gaining strength right now with a resistance program, focusing on heavy compound joint lifting program to add strength and on off days doing high intensity interval training (to me P90x is more of a cutting program, which I plan to do once I am happy with strength level). But I didn't see anything that should be causing injuries, are you guys talking about soreness or actual injuries?
  2. Starting from the bottom, the numbers by the lines coming from the tees are indicating the distance from the tee to a marker on the course. The other numbers by themselves represent the distance from that point to the center of the green. The Depth of 25 is the depth of the green from front to back (25 yards) and the numbers 1-6 probably indicate flag location. You will probably see a corresponding number on the tee box or in your cart to let you know where the flag is located at each hole.
  3. Congrats man, it is always nice when hard work pays off!
  4. I feel your pain, I am recovering from a rotator cuff injury and every time the sun pops out I want to run up to the range and hit some balls. I found a book that had some pretty good stretching routines and information that you may find helpful. It is Golf Rx: A 15-Minute-a-Day Core Program for More Yards and Less Pain by Vijay Vad. It focuses more on the back but the stretches cover all the relevant muscle groups. Good luck on the recovery!
  5. I think that is a great idea, I may do something similar for myself, at least until some of these things become a little more second nature. However, you may find the following link interesting regarding shaping shots, it differs from the method you illustrated.... http://thesandtrap.com/forum/threads...-Flight-Thread
  6. I would definately purchase this. This may be greedy and something that you would only find in a more expensive application, but it would be nice to be able to capture from two sources simultaneously.
  7. You may already know, but you can do all that with the much cheaper and smaller iPod touch. Scorecard 2 works quite well with it.
  8. Just curious, how does Scorecard track this stat? I actually just started using Scorecard and really like it, but the only putting input I see is number of putts and first putt distance (which I read to be the distance from the hole the ball is once on the putting green). Thanks for any info.
  9. Thanks for posting these, I have been really happy with the Neo, but was always nervous guessing at some of the abreviations
