Just got back from my AZ trip. Wekopa was a nice course, but it kicked my ass. 107º heat. and me spraying balls all day does not mix. I want a rematch, in January. Monument was fun. not too tough, and very relaxing. The Canyon/Desert courses at the Phoenician was interesting. Kind of gimicky though with the crazy elevation changes on the Par 3s. good times though.. thanks for the recommends. and for the late night scene.. The W. and Skin was awesome too...

I just picked up the brass See More FPG this weekend. It's feels really good and is about automatic inside 6ft.

Has anyone played at The Phoenician 18 hole course?

A group of us are going to be in scottsdale during the second week of Sept. We were looking for any recommendation on course to play. We plan on playing 3-4 days. We plan to splurge on greens fees at least for one day the other days might be budget golf. Any ideas and tips?

I use ViewTi Golf for the iphone, and have no issues with it. a bit pricy at $24.00 but way cheaper then standalone gps.

I have the ViewTI Golf app on my Iphone. It works pretty good. gives me the same yardage as the course carts with the GPS built in.
