  1. use a tee, and tap it on the face, and it will tell you where the sweet spot is.
  2. You could try the two rubber band trick. You put two rubber bands on each side of the sweet spot. It'll make you hit it there every time. Also, lean the shaft forward a little, right before you make your putt, and keep it that way. It helps you get the ball rolling better.

i've played reese before in lubbock, and what i can remember, it was a nice course.
  4. Yeah, I really want a coronado, because I think it would be nice. I have an odyssey XG 9, and I want a putter without an insert, and the coronado just looks sick to me. I'm looking around, because I was told at a pro shop that they have already ordered some and will be in before too long.

links is very nice as well. Both lake fork courses are. The other one has really tight fairways. Twin lakes is really nice though.
  6. double eagle anyday. consists of two good shots, or one great rescue shot. Making a hole in one on a par 3 is like making an eagle on a par 4. I think 3 under would be a tad bit sweeter than two under as well.

I used to work out at Oakhurst. Played with all the marshall's, and the young guy in the pro shop. Grant can hit the ball a long freaking ways. My aunt lives in Canton, and if I get up around that way, i'll revive this thread, and we can play oak hurst or twin lakes. Twin lakes is quite a bit nicer than oak hurst.

Anyone from around the stephenville area? I would like to go play squaw creek in glen rose. All other texans, let us know where you're from.
  9. I've hit two 360 before, and yes both in the fairway. It's a rare thing for sure.
  10. I'm telling you, get an 08 GT California edition, the roush supercharger kit, and you'll have one of the faster cars on the street, and it will sound like a true V8.
  11. ttt snce they are supposedly out right now. I still cant find any info on them
  12. mizuno retroflex. I like the titleist and footjoy, but mizuno is awesome.
  13. I was going to get a jetta, or MAZDA 6, and i was told hell no by the mechanic. mazda's are nice, but always in the shop. Jetta's are expensive to fix. Get a Roush 427R, or just a GT with a roush supercharher kit. Doesn't void the warranty, and you gain 135hp and 100 ft. lb. of torque. The same mechanic said that the GT's are really reliable, and like the others said, buy a 2008.
  14. if you're getting decent stop, i wouldn't worry about a low ball flight. keeos it out of the wind.
  15. 60 or 5 iron. That's it. Depends on the lie, but it's usually always my 60. I love attacking the pin, but when there is green to work with, usually the 5. If it's downhill, probably the putter.
  16. You won't miss HS, but dang does time fly. It feels like last year that i was awarded all district pitcher for baseball, and I graduated in 07. I'm a junior in college, and it just flew by. I still have 4 really close frinends from HS right now as well, and am looking at getting engaged to my HS sweetheart. Also, take all the dual credit classes you can. It's much cheaper, and then you can jack around in college. Take HS serious. All the people that wanted me to party and stuff have never made it to College, and they're at dead end jobs.
  17. I like the weight of the alignment putters, just cant align them, lol.
  18. If its sitting down in it, I take my 60, and do a flop shot. If its sitting on top, I do not use flop, because you will never contact the ball. I use my 60, but its because what I'm comfortable. I also really tighten my grip, because I don't want the club head to turn on me. Try this, act like a shaft is sticking in the ground behind you. Now, instead of swinging around, swing to the outside of the shaft. Purposefully, hit from out to in. I also have my feet open as well, like a 45 degree to where I want to hit it.
  19. I'm not very comfortable switch-hitting, or I would.
  20. No one know yet?
  21. Ttt, if you can't tell, I'm eager to see if they offer left hand, I can't find anything.
  22. So does anyone know about any left hand models?
  23. Please please please tell me these are coming out in left hand as well. I like the look of these, and need a blade putter myself. These look awesome, and I like that it says titleist versus Cameron on it.
  24. If they are ix's, ill take the two dozen off your hands for the right price. PM me about it. And ill take bridgestones too possinly.
  25. If you flare your left foot, for me its my right foot, it adds balance, and a better follow through, also helping with the draw. If you want to hit a draw, try as hard as you can to push the ball into right field. Push push push. I can hit a fade by doing the inside out swing, and its a fade, not a slice, and I can draw it by pushing it, but really getting my hands through. You should literally try and hit a snap hook, you'll probably hit a draw. I change my swing path, and my stance, but never my grip. And I always flare my right foot.
