  1. I only pull out the driver on a par 4 if the hole is over 400 yards. This is a rule that I have lived by for years. If the hole is less than 400 then I always hit my 3 wood which is 15 degrees. I hit mine between 240 and 250 as an average. As a rule i try to hit to the 150 marker or just less. My favorite iron is an 8 so I try to hit towards my strong suite. Hitting a driver on any hole under the 400 yard mark doesn't make sence unless the green is around 300 which will enable a good placed drive to hit the green.
  2. the best way to find a new set of clubs is to hit as many demo days as possible until you find the right combination.

    Military

My son is also in the military and it is quite rewarding if you go in with the right frame of mind. One word of advice though, if it's not in writing DON'T expect it.
  4. Company truck as well, gotta love it. Personal vehicle is a 1 ton Ford super duty - duelly turbo diesel.
  5. paying off bills to play the Adams tour next year or Tarheel tour
  6. I watched Nicklaus in his prime and he is the best, atleast for now.Tournament golf is tough but winning majors is a total different beast. Every one on the PGA tour is good, but only some are good enough to win a major. Jack has 18, Tiger still has a few to go.
  7. This in the course I play at most. It has a few quirky holes but Gary Player used the terrain and didn't change much at all. http://www.riverfallsgolf.com/
  8. I am a Project Manager for a large earth moving company in the South East region. I love to be outside, also like to fish and hunt. Work mostly in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina.
