So i have a bit of a dilemma. I play at a private course in oklahoma which is not supposed to be extremely tough (although I think it is) and i usually shoot in low low 90's however I played at a public coarse and I was told it was pretty tough but i shot an 80??? How do you guys judge a round of golf not played on your typical coarse?

On my drive and my longer irons I have been told if i could keep my body still i would kill the ball? any tips or Suggestions?

So im having a problem... it seems like every time i play i am having a great game until i start the back 9?? i dont understand it, although i mostly play at one coarse it happens everywhere i play?!? any tips or suggestions??

DONT BUY BOX SETS! Take that 200 dollars and buy a set of used clubs! My friend fell into the box set and is already buying G10's (ping) and is so mad ! -

Over practicing !!!! I do it alot hit 4 or 5 good shots with 9 8 7 and 5 and 4 + driver and GO PLAY! Hitting over and over before you play will make you go crazy thinking about every motion.. thats my problem hope it helped! -
slow your swing down a bit, you should take it back slow and start your swing even slower... when you start to shift your weight the swing will automatically speed up and give you much more distance

are you hitting fat most of the time (taking out a huge piece of dirt)? It seems to me you should work on your posture as well as keeping your upper spine strait throguh the ball. I would work on that before i started working on weight shifting but thats just me.

Also something that helped me when i first started is to push your hands forward in your stance... and keep the ball on your back foot for your 9 and 8
