don't know about other people using the swing pattern but for me i try to make it a fluid motion..... i use to goto the top pause a little bit and then do it and it caused some problems for me..... you have to blend the accumulator release with your weight shift. So you wanna feel as your hips are moving forward, you will be pulling down with your left arm and straightning the right arm without the shoulders spinning out. Make sure your keeping pressure in the last 3 fingers of the left hand, pressure of the pad under your right thumb pushing on the left thumb, and pressure in the right trigger finger.
