  1. Been frustrating last few sessions. Starting to struggle to see gains with the 195g Max Effort. I did go and hit balls at the range a couple days ago and the radar had my swing speed at 110mph which is definitely faster than when I begun (previous speed recorded at my driver fitting was 107-108mph). So I would say so far I comfortable gain of 2-3mph without trying to hit the ball hard. Hopefully will break through this barrier I seem to be at and start seeing some gains
  2. Last couple sessions I’ve felt good. I’ve managed to PB on almost every different weight I’ve used except the 195g which most will know is the weight used to identify driver eSpeed. i have noticed a very slight increase however in my 195g ‘Full Swing’ whereas my ‘Max Swing’ has been stuck at 102mph last few sessions. I do feel like I have quicker in me. My target at the start would have been to get to 105mph giving an eSpeed of 115mph. With around 50% or so of the foundations programme left I think this is definitely achievable
  3. The hype with the LAB Putters is something ive kept a keen eye on but i havent actually tried one... yet!! I use a SeeMore PCB and have done for around 8 years now and it was a gamechanger for me. It was the first time i had been fitted for a putter and from then ive totally bought into the fact that the technology in the putters makes a massive difference The only issue i have with LAB was that i did quiz them on Instagram what the difference between my PCB and a LAB Putter would be as the PCB from what i can find is just as balanced as the LAB Putters, however LAB couldnt tell me what the difference was and just said they didnt beleive in SeeMore Technology, but i wanted to know 'Why'!! So yeah, the tech im sure works and think if anyone hasnt gamed a putter like LAB or SeeMore where custom fitting is crucial, then you gotta give it a go!
  4. Speeds were a bit inconsistent tonight, had quite a bit of variety to them. Can’t say I know why but definitely noticed more variety compared to previous sessions. Despite the very minor disappointment not seeing any further improvement from the last session (I know this is going to happen a lot!!) I still felt good that I done it and have stayed committed. I finish up for work on Friday for Christmas for a couple weeks so hopefully will get on the course, so will be good to get some on course swing speeds just to be nosy. I have spent quite a bit of time on trackman when I was in the Scottish Golf Junior Squad so I am pretty confident with my numbers so will let people know what I think when on the course ⛳️
  5. Had a good session this morning I also did manage to get to hit some balls at the range couple days ago and was seeing driver swing speeds when hitting balls ranging from 108-111mph I’ve always been able to peak around 108-109 but these swings at the range felt more like full swings and not max swings when hitting the ball so probably have seen some improvement The big jump shown on the app is probably “mostly” down the the workouts introducing “Max” swings speeds (you can change this in the app) but even if I was just comparing cruising swing speeds, plus the evidence when hitting balls, I’d say there’s been a 2-3mph increase so far. Sessions are quick and easy. Convenient for someone like me who has little spare time at the moment. Looking forward to seeing what further gains I can make!
  6. Started the Stack recently after toying with the idea for a while For me the grit score is a great idea, you feel a responsibility to stick to the programme. Hopefully see some progress along the lines of other posters. Will keep everyone informed how i get on. For reference I'm a new dad (8 months) and live in Scotland so its very much the off season so i have gone from little if any golf to basically none so I'm realistically stacking at the moment without hitting any balls. My garage doesn't have enough head clearance to hit balls in but i'm contemplating getting a decent net so i can stack and maintain my technique in the off season. Happy stacking, if anyone has any questions feel free to ask!
