  1. Thank you - that was the original point when I started this thread. I happen to agree with you. I'll be optomistic and assume that anyone defending him did not see the tape even though there was a link provided earlier. I just don't want to see golf go the way of some other professional sports and lose its integrity.
  2. Sergio missed a par put and when he tapped in he spit in the cup! The camera's caught it - what a JERK. How about the next guy who has to take his ball out of there? Jimmy Roberts asked him about it after the round and he tried to play it down but was clearly caught off guard. Don't you think he should have apologized?

I am color blind and always thought that it made it tougher for me reading greens. I bought a pair of PeekVision glasses on e-bay and have been very happy with the results. They have definitely helped me on the greens.
  4. I have a Real Estate Appraisal business. We are about 20 minutes from Philly and cover New Jersey, PA and Delaware.
  5. I wouldn't try to restrict hip rotation. I have experimented with it with inconsistent success. When I tried it on the course I end up pulling or hooking the ball.
  6. Thanks for the feedback. I play to a 10 but don't always hit it on the button so I wanted some forgiveness. Broke 80 for the 1st time late fall so hopefully I will keep heading in the direction with these clubs!
  7. Just bought the Taylor Made R7's and took them out for a test at the range. Love them - almost a club longer that my old X-14's. I tested them out against the X-20's in the store simulator but liked the TM's better. Not as much offset and a better feel for me although it was close. This is not the TP version - I don't think I'm that good - yet!
  8. Let us know - I have the R7 460 9.5 stiff and love it!
  9. Vijay Singh - I love his work ethic. I think alot of the players on tour just coast on their talent and are happy because they are still making a hell of a living. They don't have the drive of a Vijay or Tiger.
  10. I was on a golf trip a few years back and we were at Doral. My buddies and I are on the practice range warming up before we play the White course. The range was pretty crowded with what looked to be some pretty serious golfers. One on my friends is lucky to break 100 when he plays and he was about 5 guys down from where I was hitting. It was hot and humid and he didn't have his glove on - you know where this is going. I look up and his driver is sailing end over - not out into the range but just in front of everybody hitting balls. Nobody got hit but a few guys were pretty pissed off. I was laughing so hard I was crying. He will never live that one down!
  11. I love my R7 460 9.5 and won't change for a while(at least 1 season)! The Superquad looks hot and I like the Callaway X460. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I go to one of the big golf retailers!
  12. I checked out the FT-i and the Sumo at Golf Galaxy. I liked the appearance of the FT-i much better. The Sumo makes a very loud "bang" when you hit it which I didn't like. I hit both of them into one of those virtual screens and liked the Callaway better. I'm sticking with my R7 460 - I love it!
  13. I was happy to see Charlie win and he did it in style and under pressure. I think this may lead to a couple more wins for him this year. Hard work does pay off and his game looks great.
  14. I never heard of Danny Gans before the tournament but he sure annoyed the hell out of me! What a load! I do like watching some of the celebrities play but they need to get more "A" list celebs. I tape all tournaments on DVR so I can blow through alot of the BS and the talking heads.
  15. I have played Caledonia, True Blue and Heritage several times. All great courses. Caledonia is one of the most beautiful courses I have ever played, and great layout. It is worth the extra $$$ to check it out at least once. Played the Fazio course at Barefoot - another high $$$ course but it was worth it. The Love course is supposed to be even better. Played The Witch years ago and loved it.
