  1. I absolutely LAUNCHED a tee shot an a par 5, all I had left was an easy 7 Iron for the green. I hit the shot, and was practically jumping out of my pants when it plopped 8 feet from the pin. I put wayyyyy to much thought into the eagle putt, and pulled it and was left with a 2' tap in for birdie. I tried to be 'cute' and tap it in using the toe of the putter turned sideways, which left me 2" short. Then tapped it in for par and threw my putter onto the next tee in frustration.
  2. Handicap: I don't keep an official one, but I usually shoot in the upper 70's to mid 80's. Average in the awful rounds (90+) and I'm probably around a 12. Driving average: I usually carry around 240-250 yards and roll to about 255-270 yards.
  3. How long have you been paying golf and how often do you play? You need to be a little more specific on what aspects of your game you need to work on. Also, posting a video of your swing would do wonders.
  4. Those might not be full cavities but they are not blades either.
  5. I have experienced exactly the same thing many times. The best thing to do is just practice. Go to the practice green with 10 balls or so and practice your distance control. One thing I do to get "the feel" for the distance of the putt is I imagine myself tossing a ball and it gently rolling into the cup. If your putting does not improve with practice, maybe it's time for a new putter. If that doesn't help, maybe your just flat out doing it wrong...
  6. Box of Top Flite D2 Feels, New glove, and a bag of tees. I Buy those three things just about every trip to the golf store. I guess it's because they all run out/wear out at the same rate.
  7. I'll go for anything less than 220 as long as it's not too risky (i.e. water in front of the green)
  8. 1) Putter 2) 56* 3) Driver 4) 7-iron
  9. Shot 43 on 9 today, with 22 putts (ughhh....) Putting was really off today. I left almost all of my putts short and had a lot of three (and even four) putts. Everything else was good, even had a 300yrd drive (40 yards above my average).
  10. I played a set of these for the past 4 years. I loved them, but sold them just last week to pay for my new set of clubs. These clubs are very soft. On a good hit, it's like you teed up a tablespoon of country crock. On a mishit, not so much. Your shot will definitely reflect your error. Overall, there great sticks, I would only recommend them to a sub-15 handicapper, though. You have to be a good ball-striker to get the most out of them.
