Got the chance to hit them today with rifle 6.0 shafts at a demo tent at a club I got to play at today. I must say they are some truly awesome irons. The rep says they are pressed much harder at forging than any other forgings available in the US which makes the tolerances in the balance of the club more consistent. I dont know who true that is or not.

Really, really thin top line on those things but surprisingly very very easy to strike and get into the air with backspin. It was even easier to do this with the musclebacks. The MB's are awesome. Much easier to hit than my Titleists. Im told they wont be avaiable in the US until sometime this summer, but I am seriously considering saving to get a set. At 799 for p-3i they seem very affordable. I only hit them for about 45 minutes but from that session I thought they are the best performing irons ive ever hit. From Bridgestone no less. Who knew?

Are you sure these won't be available until the summer? I have seen sets on ebay and gppgolf.com.

I see that you said that they were easy to hit in comparison to your Titleist. What other irons have you hit that you feel the J36 performed better?

Yeah I did, the guy had a full set of each for testing. All of them performed awesome but I prefer the MB's in the p-6 and the pocket cavity in the 5-3. He mentioned you can mix and match any of the styles at the website or certified dealerfor the same price because the lofts are consistent.

Ive hit Mizuo MP's 32's and their newer muscle cuts, and the X-forged. I learned on a set of 20 year old mcgregors..lol. They even blow away the x-forged for me, which is saying alot.

      Day 206 3-11 Focused on wider backswing and reconnecting arm in downswing. Wasn't really happy with how swing was looking today. Wider backswing is very different for me. Went back to do a some longer pauses at the top. Hit a few foam balls.

      This is an awesome breakdown. most of the bigger tournaments usually have one wave with the advantage, Thank you for the breakdown. If it is soft then it will be a lower final score

      Over the past 15 years, the winning score has ranged from -10 to -20. Mostly around -13.  Here is Thursday and Friday weather. Saturday and Sunday weather. I think the course will play soft. Plenty of sky cover, lots of rain on Thursday. Fairways and greens will probably stay soft throughout the week.  In terms of tee times, I think Thursday morning and Friday afternoon have the biggest advantage.       Things that I am or have worked on... 1.    Trail Elbow - Check 2.    Hip Turn - Check 3.    Rolled Inside - Check 4.    Wide Takeaway - Check 5.    Sway and Tilt - Nope, but I did a hip turn and tilt 🤣 I am giving myself 4.5/5 for my long backswing.  Great post!

      We have a very difficult but mostly showy course this week. Lets see what they got. This course offers so many chances to get into trouble it is really a mental minefield. I am excited to see who can handle it and who cant. Last year we got a foreshadowing of JJ and Rory, I am excited for this year Who do people have winning? what will the winning score be? I am thinking 12 or 13 under
