I got the new issue of Time Magazine in the mail the other day and as always I read the back essay (one of the most interesting articles in the entire magazine IMO) and I was stunned with what I saw. Jack Kevorkian is going to be running for senator as an independent. How about some views regarding that decision to run and the ramifications if he was elected?

he's got my vote if he lived in ny. a brave man who went up against and tried to change some stupid laws.

I'm surprised it took this long to make it into national publications, this is old news from March.

He wants to decriminalize assisted suicide (no surprise there) but beyond that I haven't heard of anything unusual. He'll be running as an independent.

I believe in a person's right to die. But Kevorkian is a G***amn sadist. If you've ever seen interviews with him and his lawyer you would agree. There is a gleem in his eyes when he helps people die. Unfortunately I agree with his message. He'll never win a senate seat.
