In regards to the Studio Select Newport 2, I am thinking of buying one of these in the future (as in not anytime this year) and am wondering how long these models will be available new. I expect this one is a pretty popular model but I also know they refresh their catalog pretty regularly too.

I would think for a good while more.

Cameron just expanded the Studio Select line with 4 new offerings and it appears there are plans for more to come.

the basic design will be around for a good while - the material changes with new ranges every couple years it seems.
