There's a line of Titleist balls called HP2 (Tour, Performance and Distance) I've seen at Walmart and couple of sporting good stores, but they aren't on titleist.com. I thought it was an old discontinued line but they always have them in stock. They are priced in the $17-$24 range. Anyone use them or know anything about them? Are they equivalent to the DT line or the NXT line but just renamed for the discount stores? I thought about picking up a box, but if they are crap I'll just stick with NXTs for about the same price.

I played the HP2 Tour for about 6-7 rounds about 9 years ago, and it's a relatively soft feeling, but spinny ball. Too spinny for me, but then I'm a high ball hitter and I prefer lower trajectory balls. In its day, it was probably the same level ball as the NXT line.
