Who else watched John McCain's cameo appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend? If you haven't seen it, yet here are a couple of links to the clips.

McCain discusses his last-minute campaign strategies

I'm still trying to figure out whether this was supposed to be McCain's last big push to win over voters, or his final farewell to the national audience. It's great to know that he hasn't lost his sense of humor over the campaign, but it's frustrating to wonder where this McCain has been over the last two months. Both of the sketches he appeared in ended in a genuinely earnest plea to viewers for their vote for him as president, but the only way he was able to get their attention was to thoroughly lampoon every element of his campaign to the point of not being taken seriously. He seemed to be all to aware of his inevitable defeat on Tuesday; his message to the people watching, "This is the side of me I haven't been able to show you. You know how politics are." John McCain is a complex, confusing individual, that's for sure.

Also on this weekend's episode was Ben Affleck (the week's host) making a complete farce out of Countdown with Keith Olbermann. I happen to like Keith's show, but I have to admit that his over-the-top persona is ripe for satire.

      I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
