What Spins More TP-Red or TP-Black

Ok everyone I just had a question because I thought the TP-Red was a more spinning ball than the TP-Black from when I've played them, but someone just told me that the TP-Black spins more... can anyone answer this question for me?

The 2006 TP Red spun more.
