Hi Guys,

So I know what the difference is beteen the Karsten and the Redwood, but is the Redwood worth the money compared to the Karsten? I'm specifically looking for the Anser model.

Absolutely yes. I use a Redwood, and frankly it is the best putter I've ever used. Better than the Scotty Camerons, and with much better feel than normal Ansers.

I got mine used for about $200 (with new grip), but I would be more than happy to pay $250 for a new one in the future.

OK, what is the big difference? I went to the store and tried out the Karsten Anser 2 and really loved it. Maybe the Redwood version may be better. Haven't been able to find one at the store to try out.

A couple more questions...

What is the difference between the Anser and Anser 2?
Would you get the Redwood on over the Karsten without trying it out first?
