I know this has probably been addressed, but I just had an easy question for you experts: How can I tell the difference between the LT and the LT2? Do only the LT2's have that little LT logo on the back of the club, right behind the sole? Or is there some other way to tell them apart?

I was looking for irons today at golfsmith, and hit the Callaway x-20, x-22 and x-Tour, as well as the TM Burner and Rac LT2's, and the LT2's were my favorite, followed closely by the burners. I really didn't like the Callaway's, other than the x-Tour's, which felt good but were pretty beat up. I didn't hit any x-18's, but I hit them a few times a couple years ago, and I remember really, really liking them. So if I end up going with the Callaway's, it'll be those. The LT2's I hit had the Project X shafts, and they felt pretty awesome.

LT2 irons came out around the same time the OS2 irons came out in 2005. Both of these have the small LT or OS on the back of the club head as where the older one's had an open look to the back pocket. I play the OS 2's but have been looking hard at the LT 2's only for the thinner top line on the club face and a lower ball flight than my current irons. I think the LT 2 iron's where turned into the original r7 iron's which stiil bring a hefty price for iron's that are basicly a 4 year old design.

Thank you very much for the info! I have hit the Rac OS2's also, my buddy got a set dirt cheap about a year ago, and they really feel good. But I need the low trajectory version for sure.
