I've really gotten into golf the past couple summers, and I'm working now on hitting the ball consistently (and picking up some yardage would be nice as I'm not a long hitter at all). Probably about half my shots are fairly well hit, a quarter are fat, and the rest are a mixture of thin and pull/pushes and slices.

Unfortunately I don't have a great camera for recording the swing, here it is in 60fps. I can shoot double resolution but it will only be 30 fps.

A couple things I notice:

-flipping hands at impact
-chicken wing left arm on follow through (probably related to flipping hands)
-as I swing down my body seems to go up/sort of hit with a shrugging motion. Is having my body too low and compensating the reason I have so many fat shots?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!
