I'm looking to draw on the experience of this community and find the best vendor for accurate shaft flex.

I have seen Callaway and Taylormade shafts recently come from the factory with a S rating but in reality measure out to be a R flex bordering on A flex. It is ridiculous.

Had a buddy order a X-S straight from Callaway and we tested it out and it barely registered over R on the frequency analyzer.

Is this just hit or miss or is there someone who will ship me a ^%^##$ shaft that is labeled correctly.

Driver - Taylor Made 09 Burner.
3 Wood - Callaway Diablo.
Hybrid Irons - Adams A30S
Wedges - 52* Titleist Vokey Spin Milled. 56*, 60* Taylormade Rac.
Putter - Scotty Cameron Circa 62 #1.
