R9 Driver Question

I have had an R9 Driver for about 6 months now. It is a stiff shaft, and have had my swing speed clocked at 109-112. The guy told me I was on the high end of stiff.

Anyways, my question is about the way this club works. I have the little chart that came with it. It seems no matter how I have the club set, I still achieve the same basic ball flight. Granted, I am sure there are some swing problems in there, but no matter how I have it set, I hit my draw. I noticed when I have it set for R my ball flight is low. It seemed to work best set @ L even though I draw the ball anyway. I dont really mess with the weights that much. I keep the heavy one in the center

Are these settings affecting the loft of the club or the lie angle?

Just curious...
