Recovering from right ankle reconstruction... Game adjustments?

I had my right ankle rebuilt a couple months ago, and the injuries and recovery has affected my game in strange ways. I have always had a very fast swing speed. I'm not a terribly big dude (5'7, 175) so I generate power through acceleration and weight shift, and have always averaged 280-300 off the tee. When I had serious ankle problems, I didn't get a proper weight transfer and I started leaving EVERYTHING right. I also lost some distance, especially with my irons. I simply couldn't get my weight off my back foot fast enough to keep up with my swing. Now my ankle is fixed (got some tendons from a dead guy replacing ligaments), my weight transfer is fine, and I've gained back all the yardage I lost. My problem now is that I want to aim everything further left than I should. I just don't feel comfortable over the ball until I've fidgeted and waggled my way into aiming to the left edge. Now that I'm back to swinging the way I should, I miss everything long and left. Does anyone have any mental tricks I can use to correct my sense of aim?
