How much bandwidth do you use in a month?

We're kind of screwed here in South Africa. Our telco here is called Telkom, and they basically have a monopoly on the industry. Our bandwidth is capped at 3GB a month, at a cost of roughly US$65. Oh, and I should mention that this is at a speed of 512kb.

So how much bandwidth do you use on average in any given month, and in which country are you? At what price?

I do not keep track of the bandwidth I use a month as mine is a unlimited plan. In my country, I paid about $35USD

I'm using Verizon DSL 1.5/384 (unlimited plan) in the United States. However, I do track my bandwidth usage.
