Sorry about the quality of the videos. I was using my smartphone and had no stand to put it on except leaning it against my bag. The problems I am having with my swing that I have been trying to fix lately is tempo/rhythm. I'm hitting a 7-iron here, and usually I hit it about 170-180 yards. I never learned from an instructor, so I believe a lot of the faults may be very fundamental, but I have watched a fair amount of videos and read books (Jim Hardy, etc). I recently changed my grip to a strong grip and as a result have been missing shots more frequently to the left, but have eliminated the big slices that I used to get occasionally with my driver. I've been golfing for two years but it has been frustrating because before I was able to hit much further with greater accuracy, but now unable to fire the hips as I used to do in the past. Sorry for the long post and the quality of the videos, but I hope that somebody can give me a few pointers.
