I think some adjustments to your setup would be greatly rewarded.

1. ball position. Idealy the ball should be played forward of center so your left ear will setup just behind the ball and stay behind the ball at all times.

2. your spine angle should be tilted slightly back. I feel like I just bump my left hip toward the target slightly and allow my right shoulder to come down so its slightly lower than the left. You should keep your weight on your feet pretty much evenly distributed at this point.

3. maybe you are just a little to close to the ball. You seem to move off the ball in your back swing a bit which is another compensation that your have to recover from.

It appears when you reach the top of your swing you start to adjust or recover from your spine angle issue but if you fixed it from the start you could eliminate that compensation and start to make better contact.

Nearing impact you cast the club fairly significantly and sort of flip it which is a major power leak. Ideally your hands will stay in front of the ball at impact and the club head should never pass the hands until after impact. The spine angle and and ball position adjustment will allow your head to stay behind the ball into the downswing and it will force you to hold the angle of your club longer and should eliminate your casting motion. It may feel like your going to stab the club head into the ground at first but stay with it and you should see some significant distance gains.

Hope this helps.
