I have been much better golf as of late and my handicap shows. I will film my swing here or there but I haven't in a while. The other day I was at the range and realized my back foot was sliding forward at and and after impact. It was atleast 6 inches. Does anybody know what the cause of this is? I will post a video as soon as I get home to my laptop. Thanks

Any help would be great. Not a big concern but would like to fix it.

I'm not an expert but I did have a similar problem, my right foot would slide sometimes when I used my driver, I didn't really consider it a problem since it didnt happen very much but since I have changed my swing due to another fault it has stopped.

It is quite hard to see with that video because its so fast but I think you are sliding forward too much on your downswing, it looks like you release a little early too. From what I understand at the top of your backswing your body tranfers the weight from the right to left with the hip slide and then after that move its all hip rotation, no more sliding. Try straightening your left leg earlier at impact and feel like your left hip is coming backwards while your right hip is going forwards if that makes sense, those are my swing thoughts on the range at the moment anyway and I did have that problem to a lesser extent, hope this helps but I'm sure someone else on here can give you some better advice
