Hi, I am in the market for a new club but I honestly have no idea what I should get. I'm not going to get into specifics, but I have a:

Driver

5 Wood

3 Hybrid

4 Hybrid

5-9 Irons

Pitching Wedge

Approach Wedge

56 Degree Wedge

Putter

Where I live the courses are shorter than other places (I live in Western Mass) and I know that I don't want a 3 Wood. Your opinions and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Forgot to mention I have 13 clubs in case you didn't count and I'm not looking to replace, I'm looking for a new club

If you don't know what you need, then do you really need anything? I mean, I see how it makes sense to have 14 clubs, since that is the max allowed. It lets you have that much better a chance of having the club you need for each situation on the course. But your biggest gap is the Driver-5W gap, and if you don't want that, then I really can't see what you would want. Anything else would probably duplicate another club, at least distance wise.

another wedge. ?

i have a 56* wedge.. but its a sand type wedge.. i really suffer near the greens because of the lack of options and me not being able to lob it up 20-50 yards and land on a dime.

If i could get a new club.. a wedge for that situation would be ideal ^

You really do have everything you need though.. if you don't need the above.

It sounds like your all set but if your on short courses and want a different club I'd say go with a lob wedge. I recommend a 60* at the most but its your call. Not many guys on tour play a true 60, they generally have it bent to a 59. I do like my 60 it saves me when I have a short pin and I'm stuck behind a bunker or If I need it to stop really quick.

Thanks for all of your opinions. I think I'll add another wedge to my bag because I like the idea of being able to stop the ball exactly where it lands, even though lob wedges take a lot of practice to become skilled with
