I'd try and find a good independent fitter; start with the Golf Digest fitter lists over the last few years that accompanies their Top 100 list (they have more than 100 fitters listed). Make some calls and see who would be willing to re-fit the clubs you have.

I think that any of the big box shops are hit or miss regarding fitting. Not saying they are bad, necessarily, just a crap shoot.

Okay, that is a good thought to keep in mind. I have to say though, the golf manager at my Dick's is no idiot. He's a bona fide "old golf pro" as it were. I once watched him reshape a bent shaft of mine with his bare hands and a golf towel. Anecdotes aside, he's anything but a novice to clubmaking. My instincts tell me he might be more hit than miss.
