Manufacturer replacement of broken shaft

So, I bought a Vr2 Pro 9.5* Nike driver a little over a month ago. It had the project x 6.0 shaft in it and I was loving the club. I still hit some bad shots, but my good shots were much better than my old r7 quad 10.5* taylor made driver. Anyway, the typical issue arose with it where the shaft broke at the str8 fit adapter. I was able to send it in for free warranty repair. It took a lot longer than I expected but finally received it back, except now it's got a Kuro Kage 60g shaft. What, if any, changes might I see in performance/ball flight/etc over the project x ?
