I thought this would be an interesting and useful thread. I'm curious how my stats compare to others, and in particular, how they compare to lower handicaps. For me, as a stat tracker, it would be a good way to see where I need to improve to get to lower handicaps.

So, anyways, I think the best way is to post your handicap, along with whatever stats. For me:

Handicap: 14.1

Average GIR: 8

Scrambling %: 13.1%

Putts per hole: 2.02

Putts per hole (last 10): 1.96

Putts per GIR: 2.2 (ugh)

Average score (last 10 rounds): 82.7

Par 3 avg (last 10 rounds): 3.86

Par 4 avg (last 10 rounds): 4.87

Par 5 avg (last 10 rounds): 5.29

Not going to post the all-time averages for me because it includes a lot of rounds not indicative of my current ability - not that I'm embarrassed by them; they're just less useful to me and others. I don't keep FIR, which I probably should.

Great idea to see what u need work on but I've never done it. I just keep scorecard with score , fairways hit, greens hit, and putts. I write down my distance  with approach to green and putting distance so I know what yardages I need to work on more but that's it.

My index is <2 and if I were to guess going off of what you posted that my stats would look close to this

Handicap                   2

GIR                          12

Avg score last 10rds  75

Other than those I'd simply be guessing
